FRACTIONAL CMO
Meet Tim
“I’ve spent over two decades building and scaling marketing organizations for B2B, SaaS, technology, professional services companies, and venture-backed start-ups navigating growth, change, and inflection points.
My role has been consistent: bring structure where there is noise, direction where there is drift, and results where there is pressure.
Running DDCworks, a full-service brand marketing agency, sharpened my ability to think creatively across industries, move fast, and deliver results under real-world constraints. Serving as CMO inside B2B SaaS companies deepened my focus on scalable growth systems, RevOps alignment, and executive-level decision-making.
That combination shapes how I lead.
I understand how strategy looks on a whiteboard and how can break down in execution. I know where marketing and sales misalign, where funnels leak, where agencies fail, and where teams get stuck without clear ownership.
As a fractional CMO, I operate as part of the executive team. I set priorities, define goals, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure marketing supports the broader business strategy. Sometimes that means rolling up my sleeves and pushing things forward. More often, it means giving teams clarity, confidence, and accountability so they can execute at a higher level.
That approach is core to how I work: insight first, alignment second, execution that drives revenue.”

STRATEGIC CLARITY
Measurable Growth.
Strategic clarity creates measurable growth. Most organizations aren’t lacking effort—they’re lacking direction. Initiatives compete, messaging drifts, and performance becomes difficult to predict. Boulder Punch brings executive-level marketing leadership that aligns strategy, teams, and systems into a unified growth engine. The result is focused execution, clear priorities, and a pipeline you can predict.
Businesses typically bring me in when:
Growth has stalled or feels unpredictable
Marketing lacks ownership at the executive level
Teams need direction, not more tasks
Go-to-market strategy needs to be rebuilt or sharpened
The business needs results, not theory
I don't sell tactics.
I take responsibility for outcomes.
That's what fractional leadership should mean.
